Here is a thing that’s terrible, but true. To the sinner..the person who doesn’t believe in God, or that Jesus is the Christ…this life you’re living in now, is the only heaven you’ll ever know. And to the believer, this life is the only hell you’ll ever have to endure.

But take heart, you that haven’t accepted Christ…that paragraph contains the answer you’re looking for. Although every one, bad and good, go through trials and unhappy circumstances in this life, you have a promise of an everlasting paradise, simply by accepting the Lord.

When will the end be? The Bible says that only Jehovah God knows that date…that even Jesus Christ himself hasn’t been given the date that God will send Him back to take up we Christians. That event is called “The Rapture,” and will be the time when Christ comes back for believers and takes them up to Heaven. Many things will happen here on earth after that time, but Christians won’t have to endure it. They’ve made it to everlasting safety. And woe to those left behind! There won’t be any Christians left here, to…shall we say…even things up between the good and the bad people. Even if you’ve lived what you call a “good” life, you’ll be among all the thieves, liars, rapists and thugs of the world, where there’ll be no safe place to hide, until God calls a halt to all that, and allows the angels to put all sinners in the everlasting fires of hell.

And make no mistake…time after time in the Bible, that burning hell is spoken of. Revelations 20:15...just one place where it’s mentioned…should be enough for anyone to live for Christ. You’ve already been forgiven…that happened on the Cross…but you have to ACCEPT what He did for you. Talk to Jesus about that right now…confess that you’ve been a sinner and with His help, will change your ways.
