God hasn’t changed, so I’ll not
change. "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever." Hebrews 13:8 notes that, and it’s good enough
for me. And that goes for same-sex marriage, common use restrooms, guys, God in schools and other public places, and the
names "Jesus" and "Christ."
God must be shaking His head and considering moving up His date to end all this craziness.
I’ve said in the past that we Christians may convince Him through prayers, to go ahead and end it all, even earlier
than the date that only He knows at this time.
Marriage represents family and continuation of humanity, but same-sex unions could make this impossible, if the whole world
loses its collective minds and goes with it. Confusion about rest rooms is in the same boat. Legal doesn’t make it
right, and people should plan for private relief the same way they’ve done it all down through history. Plan ahead…duh.
And gays, despite the
description they’ve chosen, are clearly defined in the Bible both the Old and the New Testaments. We’re in the
New era, so check Romans 16:21-32. Verse 26 is an interesting place to begin: "For this cause God gave them up unto
vile affections, for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. And likewise also the
men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly,
and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet." Yes, Christians hate those sins, but we love
the sinner who wants God’s help to be rid of this addiction.
The leaders who have thumbed their noses at God are advised that He has a Book (the Bible)
and another book of names of those He sees working on their list of "politically correct" life styles. You people
whose names are on that list, or would like to be, know this: That you have a disastrous future ahead of you.
As for me, when God changes, so will I.
